Love The Remote Work and Flexibility

Pros

- Remote work. We've gone fully remote since COVID and it's been a game-changer. - Flexible working hours and flexible time off. You can flex your hours if you need to and the time off policy is very generous. - Supportive managers. I've worked under a few different managers and each of them has been really supportive, especially as it relates to growing my career and gaining the skills I need to take the next step.

Cons

- Not a ton of opportunities to see colleagues face to face. There are some small events in areas with lots of people (mostly places where we used to have offices) but if you aren't in one of those cities, your options are limited. - Not a ton of 'perks' that other remote companies give their employees. There is no stipend for office equipment or phone/internet.

This level of detail is appreciated. We're pleased to hear your feedback on the remote work flexibility, supportive managers, and generous time-off policy. Yes, there are challenges of limited face-to-face interactions and the desire for more remote work perks. There is always a balance as we continue to explore ways to enhance the remote work experience and provide additional support for our remote employees.
