The company is still finding its footing so still time for a culture change.

Cons

No one wants to be responsible for a “mistake” so corporate gives little to no direction. Metrics are financial based so quality and necessity are sacrificed for positive reporting. Corporate staff is overworked and just trying to field all the day to day work on top of the redundant and excessive procedures, so they just do the minimum response to keep the load down.

Pros

Backstabbing, two faced management. By far the worst experience I ever had at any employer and it’s been almost 4 years since I left. Only reason they got 2 stars is good pay and good employee discount on rent. There’s good opportunity for promotion if you’re a suck up, otherwise forget it. HR couldn’t care less about the complaints.

Cons

Management is the bottom of the pole. Even after I left, they had their employees call my new employment faking to be a prospect just to see if I was working there.
