Growing company, new downtown office

Cons

Increasingly heavy workload to support company growth objectives with few new corporate positions/resources added; Constant change to organization structure and perceived priorities, i.e. 8 supervisors in 7 years; Regular, abrupt and ongoing termination of corporate employees which created uncertain job security and a culture of fear among associates; Lack of corporate resources and management support for employee development for skill-based learning, mentorship, and in-person conferences/seminars; Tenuous work life balance; Very little employee diversity at the corporate level.

Awful Company with No Moral Compass

There are no Pros that come to mind to outweigh the awful Cons of this company.

Cons

Incredibly shocking treatment of employees who do the brunt of labor and work. If you're not a part of the corporate clique then you will not receive the same level of attention and appropriate work-related feedback. The corporate office is a complete joke; full of fresh out of college kids who have the integrity of a piece of paper. Work/life balance is non-exisistent and the corporate office does not seem to care that employees are working up to 70 hours a week with no overtime and no respect or appreciation. Awful treatment of everyone I have ever encountered. Massive turnover speaks for itself.

Gets the bills paid that's about it.

Cons

This company is super unorganized. Most of corporate has never worked on an actual property so they have no clue what it is like. Site level employees and Regional Managers who are salaried employees are expected to work 24/7 while salaried corporate employees get to work 8-5. Company has bad insurance for employees because they do not care about what is best and they do the minimum they are required to do. The company keeps taking over new properties even though they cannot handle the current ones they have. The culture is terrible and they don't care about the happiness of employees as long as they are making money. Bonus structure is a joke and employees who do great at their job end up getting screwed and are never appreciated. No good feedback, only negative. Save yourself before taking a job with this cluster of a company-
