Most people is very pleasant to work with. Because there is no much leadership is a good opportunity for young people to learn and excel. Very difficult to get fired...

Cons

Poor salary, lack of proper leadership, most employees are not qualified for the jobs they have. Looks like jobs and promotions go usually to non-qualified friends and family of current staff. Lack of management / control on the staff work: I saw many people being negligent/ lazy at their jobs and looks like no one cares.
