Cons
Nepotism, favoritism, salary sucks, benefits aren't really great, they overwork you and create a toxic miserable environment that makes you grow to hate your jobs no matter how much you loved it. People will get promotions even if they don't have the experience, education, skills for them solely because someone in the management knows them personally. They make it look all nice and family-like when you first start so much so that you start buying into it but the longer you work the more you start seeing how toxic and low-key abusive the work environment really is. There's no such thing as fairness. Some people will get away with murder if they have a personal relationship with someone up high while others will be crapped on for the most minuscule things. Only get a job here if you're desperate. Everyone that I know that works here wants to leave no matter how much they enjoy the actual work they do. The only people that stay are the people who know someone up high and are catered to because of that.
