Pros

Very flexible schedule, was able to attend school while working here, got great experience working in this field. Learned a lot about a business

Cons

More work then the pay, would be counted upon to do more than I was asked on many occasions, had to fill in for people when they were absent

Pros

It's a great opportunity to learn how to use equipment like: ROW Machines, Zero Turns and Weed Eaters. Benefits are decent.

Cons

Getting hired on is a looonggg drawn out process. Management is somewhat disorganized and we are underpaid. Much of the workers here are fairly old (45+ and up) and there is a poor work-life balance.
