Pros

Very nice and friendly people. Very understanding when it comes to personal matters that may come up in your life. Very trusting, allow you to have ownership of your position. Help is readily available if needed.

Cons

Very small company. Pay is not good. Very little room for growth. If you're looking for a place to get your foot in the door and then grow with a company, this is not the place for you. If you are looking for make $15 an hour for the rest of your life, this is a perfect place for you.

Pros

Independent, local Virginia company that aids in creating a great company culture overall. Management and leadership commitment to individual employee development, with a high rate of internal promotions.

Cons

Branch locations are smaller with inability to have the same work environment feel and availability of resources as the headquarters location. The introduction of remote resources in recent years has reduced this some to feel more connected to entire staff.

Pros

Set you own schedule and go where you please as long as the numbers are coming in.

Cons

There are a lot of politics that go own at this company. The numbers and expectations that are set for you are nearly unattainable unless you work out of the home office. Revolving door I have seen a lot of good people leave this company
