Pros

"Office Space" like environment, so if you like doing the exact same thing every day, this is the place! Mid level Managers are great and help at any and all times!

Cons

Upper Management does not listen to any ideas from lower level. Horrible Benefits. No inside promotion.

Great people, great benefits + salary. Awesome place to learn the ins-and-outs of working for a mid-sized company.

Cons

Work at times can be overwhelmingly stressful because of our small department and micromanagement at times.
