The other staff. Outstanding people - really work together to reach the goals. Willing to step away from their responsibilities to help out when needed.

Cons

If you are accepted into the "elite" group of upper management, your set. If one of them doesn't like you, good luck. There is no show of faith or support for the employees. Policies need to be updated to this century. The Store Director needs to really look and really listen to all of the employees. You work very hard for very little appreciation.

Health insurance is expensive. Nepotism and favoritism. Owners daughter does not have the experience or the intellect to do the job but has the right last name. Low moral. Great people leave.
