Great Health Ins, pretty flexible, lot of great people

Cons

Communication & follow thru is terrible! Some of the key staff/positions in headquarters are not willing to change (their way or the highway) right or wrong.

They care about work and family balance. They invest in their employees through trainings and schoolings. They see their employees as people and not numbers. It is a positive work culture.

Cons

I really can't think of any down sides that are significant. That says a lot about a company.
