Standing in the exact same spot for 6+ hours repeating the same task , Always extremely busy, Physically exhausting, Too few cashiers working for the number of customers, Only get a 15 minute break for a 6 hour shift and occasionally they "forget" to send you on break

Pros

They have pretty flexible hours and they make it easy to request days off. Also, management is pretty good at making everything run smoothly.

Cons

They don't pay very well-- it would be similar to working at walmart. They also don't offer a discount on food, which surprised me. Instead, they reward people points if they do something like come in early, and once you get 20 points you can get a $20 gift card.
