Pros

Telling people you work for the most recognizable brand in the world is cool. Flexible on working from home when needed in this area (Product Supply). Coworkers/management are easy to get along with. Current President Dave Katz has led the company to an excellent financial situation.

Cons

Overall compensation (both pay & benefits) is pretty average for such a recognizable brand. Holiday weeks are extremely busy due to the nature of the business. Can definitely work long hours when supply chain disruptions occur. The company is very Christian which can feel alienating if you’re not religious, but overall has very strong values.
