Pros

When COVID hit they gave every employee a couple of cases of beverages (Coke, Sprite, etc) and water. When hired we were only M-F, however, upon my departure they were in the process of being open Saturdays. Nurse practitioner on site, however, it’s by appt only and you can only go on your scheduled breaks. Coca-Cola Consolidated did provide up to $300 towards your insurance deductible (depending on which plan you choose)

Cons

Only paid $21/hour despite being bilingual. Use to pay commission for every sell in, especially during their promotion season. That seized and it became that only one person from each section (inbound, outbound, online, and onboarding) can earn the bonus. They time everything you do and it affects your adherence and your average handle time. Can’t leave work until every call has been answered. Even if the customer calls past closing time. Favoritism Hard to move up in the company due to jealously from management. Also, sales just doesn’t have a lot of room to grow. Benefits were expensive
