This is a great job if you like working for free this company spends all their time figuring out how to work employees for free. You'll get all the hours you want with no family time and if you don't work at least 9 hours you'll get written up

Not any pros as far as I know.

Cons

401k only matches 3.5%, the Account Developers don’t know how to order making it hard on Merchandisers. Also, everyone educate yourself on “Chinese half time”. Their “over time” is “half time” and it equals out to about $6 an hour anytime you work more than 8 hours (the company wants you to work 10 a day). You also have to drive your own car.
