You're really not working for the Coca-Cola Company you're working for a private pautler who has to purchase its products from the Coca-Cola Company. I worked for the Coca-Cola company for 19 years before our area was purchased by this company and everything went down the tubes really quick Customer Service employee ratings. They will keep chipping away at everything they can to save money while the few guys at the top will keep making money and keep going on fancy vacations everyone else below them just keeps getting told they're not doing a good job losing more bonus money. Within three years there's only a few people left from the original group of people that worked for the coke company and from what I understand from the friends that are still there everyone seems to be miserable in their jobs in all aspects of the company in fact the company even did a survey to see how the employees felt and that was so negative they didn't provide the results.
