      good benifits good vacation time decent pay

      poor management, out to take care of themself, most have no clue, always looks good on paper supervisors same as management, out for themself, can't get a stright answer on anything, like to change "rules" to suit what they need, or think they need, when they want, and always with the same excuse: IT'S THE NATURE OF THE BUSNESS. senior hourly employees seem to be getting pushed aside

      A Great Job for Colege Students

      Pros

      The job pays very well. The nature of the work is pretty easy because the whole system is automated. Good work for college student.

      Cons

      The only bad thing about the job is that sometimes we work til 2 am, but that is expected because you dont start til 6pm on second shift.

      Pros

      I've loved working here since I started. They tend to bring people in IT as contractors first. After about a year, if you're still around, they make an offer.

      Cons

      Dragging some people along through the contract process can be a bit of a pain. The contract is up for renewal every couple of months which makes things difficult to plan ahead.
