Pros
Not micromanaged and you have the freedom handle your calls/accounts the way you want to. Also flexible with scheduling (no assigned lunches, you can take an hour and a half, up to 5 tardies per month).
Cons
If you work in Inside Sales ( in the Customer Action Center/formerly known as Telsell) you are in a dead end job....they will sell you the world when you interview ( promise you lots of opportunities) but the minute you hit the sales floor and begin to work in your assigned territory, you quickly realize that you've been lied to. The corporate office building is accross the street, but you will never see any of the big whigs... They treat the telephone reps like nobodys. There is a HUGE disconnect between upper management and the sales reps who are speaking with the customers and selling their product every day. We joke about being the black sheep of the coke family.
