      Pros

      The pay is nice and have some decent benefits. If physical labor is your choice, this is it and will help keep you in shape. The hours can be nice if you pace yourself and prepare to actually work.

      Cons

      Sometimes the company's decisions are very questionable. The hours can be long on certain days or if the weather conditions are bad. No year end bonuses. All of the physical labor is very demanding and can take a toll on your body over time.
