I consistently worked 12-14 hour days 5 days a week and never seemed to be able to get ahead. I had to drive my own vehicle nearly 1,000 miles a week and the reimbursement covered my gas but not the maintenance required when driving so much. Management consistently contradicted themselves when speaking about this role, often stating "we only expect 8-10 hours a day from this position," then expecting me to work a route with 11 stores and nearly six hours of driving with each store taking nearly an hour to service properly. The culture at this location is all about working as many hours as possible without any semblance of work/life balance,
