Long work days averaging 10-12 hours Pay doesn’t equate to work load expected by corporate. Leadership is there when things are bad but not there when things are going good. The goal line is always moved so enough is never enough. Not nearly enough support from management and when you ask for it you’re told you’ll get it but rarely if ever do. Odd expectations from corporate and the middle man (management) that seem often unattainable You are not set up for success and they truly do not care about you. You are just a person pushing numbers for them.
