      - Compensation. - The occasional free thing they give out during Merchandiser meetings

      Cons

      - The workload is ridiculous and you have no backup unless you beg. This is the worst during the holidays - You essentially work for Coke, AND the stores you service. You can and will get yelled at by the Store Managers at these stores - Communication from upper management/leaders is lacking - Training is not great. They essentially show you how to merch but not how to order for order for your stores - you use your own vehicle to get from store to store which causes serious wear and tear on it and the company will not help you with repair costs - company is extremely understaffed - the only holiday you'll get off is Christmas day. You will work all the other ones
