We know that seeing colleagues let go is very hard and is not an easy thing for anyone. We strive to be as responsible as we can towards our business and our employees but sometime that means making really tough decisions. Please reach out to your manager or our HR team if you need more support or would like to talk more about this. Thank you.

Thank you for your feedback, we take it very seriously. Letting someone go is never easy and we try our best to not have to do it but when we do we take it very seriously. There never seems to be a "good way" of communicating after terminations happen so we do our best in each individual scenario to be as respectful and professional as possible and communicate as needed from a business perspective. Not everyone is happy with how we do this but we try and be discrete so as to pay the most respect to our exiting employee and also keep business running appropriately. Thanks again for your review and comments.
