Hi there! I'm sorry to hear that things aren't going great right now. We are continuing to work to make strides in diversity, equity and inclusion, and I'll be sharing some updates at our February All Hands. It would be great to chat with you, I'd like to hear more about what's going on. Please feel free to set up time with either Camille or me to talk through some of what you're seeing and experiencing, we are here to help. -Amy

Thank you for taking the time to leave us some feedback. It’s disappointing that we weren’t able to provide you with the experience we strive to uphold. We appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts and we’ll continue to take all feedback seriously as we work to provide a positive experience for all employees.
There's a lot of support from management. I feel comfortable to speak up and ask questions. Management offers lots of communication, remote flexibility, and time off
Cons
Long hours and not enough resources for a better work-life balance

Hi! Thanks very much for taking the time to share your feedback here; it's really great to hear you feel supported and empowered to use your voice and speak up. On the working late piece, we 100% agree and do not want you to need to work late everyday. Would you be open to chatting with either Camille or me, and we can brainstorm ways to try to help through busy times? Our calendars are open and we would love to talk with you. -Amy

Thank you for sharing this feedback. It’s disappointing to hear that you didn’t have a positive experience with Code3. We take all feedback into consideration as we continue to learn and grow as a company.
Hi, thanks for taking the time to leave your feedback here! Glad you're growing and learning a lot, and hear you on how Q4 can be especially busy. You probably heard Camille mention this at Friday's AM All Hands, but we're actively working on some updated standards/expectations to help with making sure everyone is on the same page with finding a great balance outside of big pushes. If you have ideas or feedback, please reach out to me! -Amy
Why it is important to highlight positive aspects of this workplace when I had such a miserable experience? I would not bother.
Cons
• Leadership made terrible decisions and kept employees in the dark until it was far too late. The arrogance was impossible to ignore.
• Poor decisions left employees constantly guessing expectations while working exhausting hours just to keep everything together.
• The endless disorder, lack of pay, and zero career growth made leaving the best decision for my future.
