Flexible scheduling, simple routine tasks, quick advancement opportunities, good benefits

Cons

Hours need to be allotted for training purposes, pay is not comparable to other similar companies/positions, equipment and facilities need updated, discipline and day to day operations are inconsistent and vary by location/manager

PTO, Insurance, Schedule, and store Hours

Cons

The Owners lost their Core Values which was people. The owners were very open and forth coming, however they hired people from Buc'ees and that all changed. The company became very dishonest . They withheld information and started rumors to get rid of the people that did not fit the new Rajime.
