Pay and benefits are good for the area. Bonus structure allows for up to 20% bonus annually for salary workers. Work is dynamic, challenging and rewarding.

Cons

You have to be about to leave the company before they are willing to give a raise. Annual salary adjustments are typically 1%. We have seen this play out many times where top talent accepts another job before the company offers to raise their compensation level.
