Pros

Compensation was fair and the offices in Chicago are well outfitted and located centrally. On average, all of the people that work here are nice but its bad apples certainly do spoil the environment.

Cons

The indecision (moodiness/reactionary nature) of senior management make it difficult. As another reviewer commented, leadership says one thing yet their actions do not match their words. Policies that are championed to the company as a whole are circumvented by the very people championing the initiative when they have a smaller audience or when they think circumstances require a shortcut. The in-fighting between operations and development is comical (as is the air of superiority many people in the office possess).

Can't think of any pros.

Cons

Can't trust any of the executives; they say one thing and do another. They use people and then lay them off once they get what they need from them. Complaining to HR will get you no where and most likely fired. Very political company where someone will stab you in the back if they can get ahead or make themselves look better.

Pros

The people are very friendly Work life balance is very good (unlimited PTO) - I’ve taken a month off to travel with no issues. Benefits (401K/Health/Vision/commute) are very good, specially, if you’re a corporate employee.

Cons

There is not a good career development process. Not a lot of mobility unless someone gets promoted or leaves the company. The company is very disorganized and focuses on short term goals too much. The pay is good depending on your role but raises aren’t substantial.
