They offer good behind the scenes benefits, did a good job of trying to retains peoples positions thru the pandemic, and tried to keep people informed of policy changes due to the pandemic

Cons

Not always as transparent as claiming to be.

The pandemic created a thick layer of uncertainty for everyone. It has been a constantly moving target, mostly for a company that is spread across multiple states. The latest was the Federal Contractor Mandate which at this point is in limbo. We certainly did our best to keep people informed through the ever changing rules. I have never experienced a workplace where everyone is valued and respected. We are truly part of a team and people work together to accomplish the best products we can deliver to our clients. Working as a support person, sometimes we are looked down on, but not at Coffman! Coworkers value our support as essential and treat us as one of the team. You are appreciated and it shows in all of the perks offered. Once I started working here, I knew I was staying until retirement. Cannot say enough good things about working at Coffman!

None - seriously. Coffman values family and supports each employee with the goal in mind that family is the priority, work comes second.

Cares about employees. Allows for growth. Decent benefits. Bigger company that still feels like family. Invested in the future of employees and the company.

Cons

Although the benefits are good, the pay is average. However, bonuses are good. I know that some offices are downtown like Seattle which can be hard.

Regarding the pay, we do manage our business model in a way that creates stability for the firm and our employees. We have proven through our history that we can ride out the lows in the economy without rash staffing adjustments. This is consistent with our culture.
