I've worked with a lot of different companies already, so far this is the best one I have worked with. We work as a team, everyone's input is important. Other than work, we had fun in & out of the office also.

Thanks for the positive outlook and nice place to work comment. The con that you mentioned is very similar comment to the one received on June 6. See that response for some clarification. There are parts of acting big that we are specifically trying to avoid. The only way to avoid those things is to have general managers that cooperate with each other so the company doesn't have to impose cooperation with policy. But as a big company, there are policies that can't be avoided. So yes, we are trying to act small and be big. It's a tension worth living in. Thanks again. Dave Ruff - CEO
