Coffman has a family feel to it, they genuinely care about their employees, and it shows. I enjoy coming to work everyday.

Cons

I don't really have anything bad to say about the firm.

Pros

Good pay and benefits, management cares about employees, flexibility, great co-workers, interesting work with the chance to work in other Coffman offices, good reputation, been in business over 35 years and going strong, charitable giving is part of the culture.

Cons

Need to hire more people because we have been busy for awhile and we keep getting more work, sometimes there are hiccups when coordinating work between offices, the commute.

Pros

Work/life balance, good benefits, feel like management listens (not that they always agree, but...), lots of smart people (awesome IT guy), breakfast provided.

Cons

Sometimes it can be really busy. Overtime is paid, but it would be nice to have longer breaks of moderately busy days.
