      --Good office in Atlanta and Greater Noida

      Cons

      --Seriously lacks direction, majority is purely staffing business --No significant new clients in US region in last 2 years, the sales team have been losing deals --Budget cuts at all levels, slowing down growth even further --Very ineffective senior management with old thinking --Service lines - Digital and IMS are weak --High turnover and frequent layoffs

      Good team environment, learning and growth is also good here, incentives are also provided to appreciate employees.

      Cons

      Annual increment is quite less, work authority is with onsite client only which demotivate s employees and we are not able to give our 100℅.

      Pros

      I was working in very small company where my job was not secure and then I got the first opportunity to work with NIIT Technologies as Brand name. I heard from my friends that we have multiple onsite assignments in almost all projects in NIIT. This attracted me most to join the company

      Cons

      We have very less salary hike in the company. Also Company is located in very faraway from the city and commutation is not good.
