      1. Performance is measured based on number of hours you spend in office or licking ur managers 2. No matter how insane ur Manager is!!!! nothing can help the employee even after any number of escalations to any level of management it will always hit back u even more harder 3. Favor ur manager as per ur Gender -- then all the unexpected excellent perks on ur way like a walk on Red Carpet 4. Client appreciations does matter, no matter how outstanding it may -- performance of the employee is measured only based on how good ur licking ur manager 5. Employees -- join this organisation if ur ready to give up ur self respect, dignity, offer favors as per gender, no life only work 24/7 Final saying: Good Place to learn PEGA, Politics, Licking manager and on and on and on
