Pros
It provides you good opportunities to grow. Works in limited areas and once you prove yourself, you can have it easy. Good training and development programs. Making a lot of changes recently to bring new people from outside to push it on growth trajectory.
Cons
As with most of indian companies, you need to be lucky to have good bosses who will let you grow to your potential. Others are Yes Boss types and want you to be Yes Boss types.and you will be taken care of no matter you are good for nothing.
