      the management does not micromanage

      Cons

      The management has no accountability...they only communicate when absolutely necessary. no career pathing. Management is just a good ol boy's club.

      Pros

      Decent wage. Lots of time-off available for a good work-life balance. Good coworkers. Lots of opportunity to learn.

      Cons

      There is a language barrier that makes it difficult getting questions answered. I think HR may be understaffed and overworked, although they are polite. Growth is a little difficult. After working for 2 years and completing the needed requirements, I should have gotten a position change from "Junior Tester" to "Tester", but that never happened. I was not the first person to complain about this, but nothing got done for me.
