Pros
Person looking for no growth but prefer to stay at the mercy of their bosses and want to spend/waste time, can work here fearlessly. Another great opportunity for freshers to start with or some one who has been unemployed, can also try their luck for cheap labor cultured company and move on with time.
Cons
The company will get a work of at least two employees from one employee at the time of release cycle (which could be from a week to twice a month) and in return will pay you only half of what a normal employee would deserve to get from other company in a similar role. Company would ask you to stay in the office (spent nights) for a consecutive 3 days during release cycle and no compensation is given in turn to whatever days you have been coming on weekends or doing stay backs/late sittings. And tell you what, it is a normal/routine activity !!! When you would see your first pay check your eyes would blow out to see the cash in hand you would get after deductions as per company's policies. By the time you would realize to switch, it will be too late.
