Free GYM, Good policies(On Papers Only). Subsidized Lunch.

Cons

Salary is controlled by manager, He can pay what ever he wishes, HR policies does not matter to them. Fires at its own will. Performance does not matter, Managers Ego and mood matters. Unprofessional old people, trained in 19's by NIIT (Diploma) treats resources as their slaves. You get low ratings if you don't feed tea, snacks to managers (BA Account).

Job security if you are in a project .. if on bench start searching new job can work for decades if willing to work on a small pay ..

Cons

Onsite depends on projects .. a few of them salary hike 5% minimum .. 8% maximum Higher managment is poor ..HR are worse make you work on anything .. java person to manual testing .. etc
