i) Worst HRD..... ii) Hire a Product developer => Provide him the SSE designation => then ask him to work in tech support; moreover rotational shifting duty - including weekends in a continuous basis iii) Huge communication gap between HRD => manager => Engineers

It is a good company to work with, Compensation is average as per market standards, Good growth opportunities, Recognition of work done, healthy environment for work.

Cons

HR policies not very employee friendly and also the attitude of HR and most of the middle management is unprofessional and not very helpful. policies are there which are never followed. Open door policiy is mostly not followed
