      Pros

      unlimited caps on commissions. if selling in a lit building, its the best bang for your buck in the market.

      Cons

      ineffective managers make it hard to preform job effectively. also, quote is ridiculously unachievable since almost everyone in the sales team is trying to target and sell to lit buildings.

      Pros

      -Full benefits package, medical, dental etc... -You can a $4000.00 sign on bonus (it pays $1000.00 extra each month for 4 months) -Easy going environment in most circumstances, I loved my office, co-workers, and manager but absolutely hated the work I was doing.

      Cons

      You basically sell fiber internet to tenants in Cogent fiber lit buildings. This means that you and 500 other employees are calling the same tenants over and over again. I think they keep hiring more people so that they can weed out the people who do not desperately need a job, and throw the rest out. You get 6 months to make a sale or you are out the door, and I assure you it is extremely, extremely difficult. It is required of you to make about 50-60 calls a day and input 45+ activities in the system. You are just a number, not very much job security if you are hounding on same tenants who tell you they are in contract for the billionth time. Starting RAM salary is $40000.
