Young employees, hard working, good pay, good benefits, flexible schedule and good opportunity to learn and grow. Great people to work with and worked hard to get things done with customer focus.

Cons

Young management not ready to lead, growth was too fast without the right processes in place always.

High turnover Not a stable enviroment Sr. Management is shady and will take deals from reps Short lifespan, if you make it a year you deserve a trophy Uneducated Sr. leadership that doesnt know how to control a work enviroment You will work 60+ hours a week at miniscule base salary 40k Top reps at other companies can come here to die
