Aggressively growing company provides opportunity for growth. C suite does really seem to have high moral standards it’s a new company so still working on the trickle down to regional and community levels.

Cons

Little to no standards makes operations challenging. Little to no accountability for non community level management create distrust.

Horrible upper management, no organization, bullying, overtime, blamed for everything, company picks favorites and will protect them at all costs, no resources to do your job, draining, no ethics.
