Long hours, some people in management need to be reevaluated. Promotions are unfair. They promote people based on metrics that are not representative of different parts of the country. They promote people who just got lucky and then leave the company very shortly after. Instead of rewarding their top performers who are loyal to the company. Lots of turnaround because while the job security is nice, the pay can be improved for those people who are actually out there grinding. People become managers because they can “sell” but have no idea how to manage.

Management team is not smart, and political issue too much. Nobody take responsibility, just take over to lower employees. And no time for life, too much work.
