      Best Products on the market Good working IT infrastructure Cool Events On a small team level some collages are very nice Achievable goals for technical guys Very easy expense politics for sales person / okisch for technical guys Things move fast

      Cons

      You can get fired at any time for no reason (American Style) No planning what so ever Bonuses will not be paid for no real reason Next to no career path possibilities if you are not French or in Headquarters Salary compared to working hours is very bad Management is very far away so they have big issues understanding what is needed at customer (Switzerland France and Germany work as one Team more or less)
