      A great company but with some management issues

      Pros

      Friendly colleagues and the company is doing very well. A lot of fun company events and lunches organized regularly for everyone.

      Cons

      The workload is extreme in some departments and managers do not take feedback on this seriously. Several people have left the organization because of this, yet it is still an issue. Work/life balance and well-being among employees needs to be valued more.

      -Great company culture with huge celebration for Halloween -Decent benefits with decent compensation -Everybody knows Cognex in the industry- Products sell themselves

      Cons

      -Be prepared to work and get things done fast. This company moves faster than anyone else. - Lots of travel in Marketing- can become a burden if you are not use to it. -They have a habit of letting people go for whatever reason they conceive- always watch your back.
