      Quality company with innovative products, market leader in machine vision technology. Likely company and the intellectual property will keep increasing in importance as AI vision starts to become prevalent.

      Cons

      Poor recycling program and break areas could have more than just coffee. Conference rooms could have better technology & features for more streamlined meetings.

      Pros

      Once upon a time, the culture was great! In the last few years they have hired a number of managers that have not continued and built upon that culture, so morale has gone down considerably and they are now having difficulty keeping IT personnel. They have great potential to turn things around and make them great again. There are a ton of very smart, motivated individuals that work there.

      Cons

      As spelled out above, the culture has taken a significant downturn.
