Good job, Poor Upper Management, Poor company outlook
Pros
My team is great, my manager is as transparent as they can be (Usually they also don't know what's going on though) and they are fun to work with. A lot of travel, but you pick your schedule for sales calls so its up to you on how much you're willing to travel.
Cons
Upper level management SUCKS. They are constantly redoing decisions, going back on their word, and just being bad at their jobs. A lot of senior employees leave due to poor decisions and the upper managers don't even seem sorry about it. I've been warned several times to jump ship while I can. GOOD NEWS: Its easy to deal with though! I take every decision they make with a grain of salt. Usually I just ignore their decisions because a month later they change their minds. I just do what my job description says. At the end of the day my managers seem happy with my performance.
