      Pros

      Can make good money and learn a lot. Products are good, so you can feel confident about selling something decent to customers.

      Cons

      Unrealistic goals for new sales people. Too much change too quickly without thinking through changes, which causes them to have to implement other changes to make up for snap decisions. Still in contact with those I met at the job, and those that haven't left or been fired are not happy with the job or company. Overall company is just a bit of a mess and does not have any sort of well thought out plans for anything.

      Pros

      Pay, benefits, bonus/commission, products, and culture are all fantastic.

      Cons

      There was a lot of change during my time here that seemed to confuse or disappoint my team members in regard to opportunity for promotion. Some, if not most, of the sales manager are not trained on the products which made the position more difficult than expected. At times, it was confusing who to reach out to for assistance.

      The company provides a lot of activities which can be fun if you have time

      Cons

      Spend too much on fun but we can’t hire enough staff to keep up with demands In my field not much opportunity to advance because teams are so lean
