This is a great place to start in your career. A lot of opportunity for training, and gaining experience and skills in a wide range of areas.
Cons
I joined as an experienced professional. I feel completely ignored. I have never spoken to my manager (even when I have asked to speak with him), yet he has written my reviews. I find the environment to be chaotic. They are constantly pushing training and development without providing the requirements up front. You are alerted of requirements via email shortly before it is due. Global Service desk provides 'stock' answers as if from a rule book. They don't help solve problems, they read the most likely solution from a book. The unlimited sick leave policy and small allotment of PTO encourages poor work ethic. Some people use a lot of sick leave all year and then in December they suddenly have vacation days that they must before year end.
