      1. Very nice people to work with, that encourage tyou to develop, to learn things and give you help in the environment we are working on. 2. Very interesting domain, with lots of opportunities for the future. 3. An employee is highly appreciated for is work. 4. Hybrid way of work. 5. Up to date technologies, even if working on maintenance of development. 6. Career shift inside the company. 7. Courses, IT conferences.

      Cons

      1. Less development, more bug fixing tasks. 2. Big load of work, if you are an individual that expects working on a single task at a time, it is not the case, but this can help improving, for Juniors and Midd levels.

      Pros

      The most warm and good vibes workplace (and I have ~12 years of experience in 3 other companies). No hierarchy, many tokens along the way. They know how to show appreciation. Very interesting product!
