      Pros

      Cognyte does its efforts to make the world a safer place. For me, to work in a company that is putting efforts into doing good- is extremely important. The people are the best. In Cognyte we treat people with respect. I love my team and my work

      Pros

      It is a new office, there are the regular advantages of being in a new setup. Great supportive team members. Good policies - company flew entire office to Jim Corbett for annual event. The tech stack is going through upgrade - good place to be part of this stage.

      Cons

      Still in a temporary setup. There are still issues with certain logistics like insurance vendor etc.

      Pros

      They beleive free sodexo coupons and in house food compensate for mental harassment. They have no good business just hiring and Firing to keep HR busy.

      Cons

      No cons, people at top are busy manipulating people. No promotions, only same old excuses.
