      Pros

      interesting product, casual dress code.

      Cons

      This was the worst job I've ever had. Management favors certain people and will protect them at whatever cost, no matter what. Pay is a joke compared to industry standards. Asking management to address reasonable concerns is like talking to a brick wall; nothing will change- unless you are one of those favorites! No career growth until you leave. Seriously toxic environment.

      Pros

      Generous vacation policy, free snacks, many employees are great to work with, good mission.

      Cons

      The company tends to invest in and promote certain employees who have been with the company since its smaller days and who are not cut out at all for management positions. Aggressive micro-management, regularly not showing up or coming in late to work, and just a general lack of qualifications to be leaders. The technology is solid but it's almost embarrassingly outdated by now. The company refuses to put sufficient resources into their product. It's embarrassing to represent a product that is supposed to be cutting-edge but looks and acts like it was built ten years ago. Lastly, they vastly underpay employees while overpaying upper-level employees. If you're considering joining the company, especially if you're young, be careful and know what you're worth.

      Pros

      The company is flexible with your time and has a great PTO policy. Telecommuting is available during severe weather.

      Cons

      You are expected to do jobs well beyond your pay rate. Benefits can be better. Never seen so many people fired in my entire time working.
