Seniors and people not on the team are all willing to help- helpful environment. Individuals are great unlike HR which is all politics especially the scheduler for assurance staff

Cons

Focus on your goals- they say a lot about caring as a company but it’s all politics from HR. Most seniors are nice though

dinner provided during busy season, saturday breakfast/lunch provided during busy season. Some of the people are great to work for but it really depends on who you are working with- others can be awful.

Cons

I see a lot of favoritism, far too much office politics
